Privacy policy

Pixel & Practice ("we") is a Montréal web-design studio. We collect as little personal information as possible — this page explains exactly what we collect, why, and your rights. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Milad Sadgh (milad@pixelandpractice.com).

What we collect

• What you type in our contact form: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), and message.
• Visitor analytics: No analytics tool runs on this site. We use no cookies or personal identifiers for visitor analytics and do not track visitors across sites.
• Your language choice (EN/FR) is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your project enquiry and continue that conversation. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How it travels and where it lives

Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit.co (a form relay service) to our studio email inbox, hosted by Google (Gmail). The website itself is hosted by Vercel. We keep your correspondence only as long as needed to serve you, and delete it on request.

Service providers and processing outside Québec: Information handled through these services may be processed outside Québec, including in the United States. Vercel also processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure its services. The providers describe their practices in their privacy notices: FormSubmit, Google and Vercel.

Your rights

Under Québec's Law 25 and applicable privacy laws, you may ask at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. You may also ask for a copy in a portable, machine-readable format, or ask us to pass it to another organization. One email does it: milad@pixelandpractice.com. We respond within 30 days.

If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec — cai.gouv.qc.ca.
