Privacy policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Pixel & Practice ("we") is a Montréal web-design studio. We collect as little personal information as possible — this page explains exactly what we collect, why, and your rights. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Milad Sadgh (milad@pixelandpractice.com).
What we collect
- What you type in our contact form: your name, clinic name, email, phone (optional), and message. That's it — nothing is collected without you typing it.
- Anonymous visit statistics: we use cookie-free analytics (page views, country, device type). No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- Your language choice (EN/FR) is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Why we collect it
For one purpose only: to respond to your request for a free website preview and continue that conversation. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How it travels and where it lives
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit.co (a form relay service) to our studio email inbox, hosted by Google (Gmail). The website itself is hosted by Vercel. We keep your correspondence only as long as needed to serve you, and delete it on request.
Your rights
Under Québec's Law 25 and applicable privacy laws, you may ask at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. One email does it: milad@pixelandpractice.com. We respond within 30 days.
